Introducing a new concept in fitness that's fun exhilarating and different to any other exercise program. Participants use there body weight as resistance against gravity. The GTS. is designed to get you tone, burn fat and get you stronger in half the time. Workouts are done in a semi-private group personal training class. This translates into less cost per session so it's more affordable to you. Gravity: an exercise program that has just taken the health industry by storm in North America, Japan, Europe and Australia.

Hannah has been teaching fitness classes for almost a decade and teaches anything and everything including Gravity Group Training! She finds ways to make work outs the highlight of your day, and in 2009 was awarded BCRPA's Fitness Leader of the Year. She is very well known in the city for her integrity (walking her talk), being feminine ‘hard core’ and being innovative and cutting edge: clients and colleagues look to her for inspiration and innovation - her classes are fresh, new and exciting!
