Jesse Benson

At the very core of Jesse’s Fit in 30 program are principles he has verified through both life experience and a similar compulsion to understand the path to true wellness. Much of what he has learned is embodied in the belief that genuine health and well-being is an integral means to an end when one aims to live his or her life to the fullest. Participants in the program who truly apply themselves will learn that weight-loss, or being “fit”, are only but parts of a much larger picture of overall wellness. They are, however, integral building blocks that allow the individual to be open to further enlightenment.
Jesse is a reputable Vancouver fitness and weight loss coach who has proven his ability to promote weight loss in people ready to lose the weight. The next distinction he’s aiming for is to be recognized as a communicator who successfully enlightens his clients to the fact that:
- A. An optimal body weight is a realistic and attainable goal for ANY man or woman
- B. Realizing it and applying the lifestyle changes necessary to maintain it will go farther towards maximizing your life than you could ever imagine.
“I believe that the purpose of life is to experience, through our experiences we exist and evolve. Without our health we cannot experience life to the fullest.” - Jesse Benson
